Defendant's conviction is supported by sufficient evidence and is not against the manifest weight of the evidence. The trial court did not abuse its discretion by limiting the scope of defense counsel's cross-examination of a city witness, or by permitting city witnesses to offer lay opinions that were rationally based on their own perceptions and helpful to the determination of a fact in issue.
