Syllabus

The trial court did not err in denying motion to suppress evidence of crimes involving child pornography found during the execution of a search warrant. The inferences made by the judge who issued the search warrant (issuing judge) were reasonable and supported by the facts presented in the affidavit. Thus the issuing judge had a substantial basis for concluding that probable cause existed to issue the warrant. Appellant's assignments of error overruled and the judgment of conviction and sentence for five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor is affirmed.
