                                    JUDGMENT
      This court has considered the record on appeal in this case and holds that there

was no error in the trial court’s judgment. It is ordered that the judgment of the trial

court is affirmed.

      It is further ordered that appellants Gail E. Austin and Mary Heinen shall pay

all of the costs of this appeal and that judgment is rendered against Michael Brinkley,

the surety on Gail E. Austin and Mary Heinen’s supersedeas bond, for the

performance of the judgment against Gail E. Austin and Mary Heinen and for any

costs taxed against them, for which let execution issue.
