This condominium construction defect case centers primarily on whether the case was brought in a timely fashion under the statute of limitations and statute of repose. The use of unlicensed subcontractors is also an issue. After a five-day jury trial, Wedgewood Condominium Association (Wedgewood) received a $6.75 million jury verdict in its favor. Centex Homes; Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC; and Centex Construction, LLC (collectively, Centex) appeals. We affirm.
