State v. Arkevus J. Cauthen
Syllabus
Arkevus J. Cauthen appeals his convictions and sentences for murder, armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. Cauthen argues the circuit court erred in failing to suppress (1) evidence recovered from a filled hole in his backyard and (2) testimony from multiple witnesses that bruising observed on his arm at the time of his arrest resembled a "bite mark." We affirm.
