JONES, Appellee On Appeal from the 240th District Court Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 26-DCV-345929 MEMORANDUM OPINION On August 17, 2026, appellant Brittanye Morris filed a notice of appeal from the trial court’s August 12, 2026 Final Judgment. On September 8, 2026, appellant filed a Motion to Dismiss Appeal asserting that she β€œno longer wishes to prosecute this appeal and requests its voluntary dismissal.” See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). No other party has filed a notice of appeal, and no opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), (c). Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP.
