MEURER, RELATOR ORIGINAL PROCEEDING September 30, 2026 MEMORANDUM OPINION Before PARKER, C.J., and DOSS and YARBROUGH, JJ. Pending before the Court is Relator Mark A. Meurer’s “Agreed Motion to Dismiss Mandamus Petition” wherein he seeks to voluntarily dismiss his pending petition for writ of mandamus. Without passing on the merits of the case, Meurer’s motion is granted and his mandamus petition is hereby dismissed. Having dismissed the petition for writ of mandamus at Meurer’s request, no motion for rehearing will be entertained. Per Curiam
