In the Interest of C.J.H. and G.K.H., Children
On appeal from the
County Court at Law No. 2 of Johnson County, Texas
Judge William C. Bosworth Jr., presiding
Trial Court Cause No. DC-D202400033
CHIEF JUSTICE JOHNSON delivered the opinion of the Court.
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant filed an appeal of a judgment in a suit affecting the parent-
child relationship signed by the trial court on July 9, 2026. Appellant has filed
an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice because the parties
have reached an agreement in the trial court on all issues. The agreement in
the trial court attached to Appellant’s motion to dismiss, ordered Appellant to
file a motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice. The motion to dismiss asks
that Appellant be ordered to pay the costs of appeal.
Appellant’s motion to dismiss with prejudice is granted. Accordingly,
this appeal is dismissed with prejudice. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). Appellant is
ordered to pay the costs of appeal.
