OPINION
We granted the State’s petition for discretionary review to determine whether
the court of appeals erred in its sufficiency analysis of Appellant’s conviction for
illegal voting. Having examined the record and the briefs, we conclude that our
2
decision to grant review was improvident. We therefore dismiss the State’s petition
for discretionary review as improvidently granted.
