MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT
We have considered the “Appellant’s Motion to Waive Appellate Court Costs
and Fees” and the “Petitioner’s Motion to Dismiss” filed by appellant. We deny the
motion to waive court costs and fees, see Tex. R. Civ. P. 145(g)(2); Tex. R. App. P.
20.1(b)(3)(B), but we grant the motion to dismiss. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal.
See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f).
Appellant must pay all costs of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(d), 43.4.
