Court of Appeals Tenth Appellate District of Texas 10-26-00291-CV In the Matter of the Marriage of Lisa Lynnette Gordon and Eugene Gordon On appeal from the 414th District Court of McLennan County, Texas Judge Ryan Luna, presiding Trial Court Cause No. 2023-2569-5 CHIEF JUSTICE JOHNSON delivered the opinion of the Court. MEMORANDUM OPINION Lisa Lynnette Gordon appealed from a final decree of divorce signed by the trial court on July 24, 2026. By letter from the Clerk of this Court dated July 22, 2026, Appellant was notified that the filing fee of $205.00 was due and a docketing statement was required to be filed with this Court on or before Monday August 3, 2026. The filing fee was not paid and the docketing statement was not filed by that date. By letter from the Clerk of this Court dated August 6, 2026, Appellant was notified that the filing fee was past due and that the appeal would be dismissed if the filing fee was not paid on or before August 27, 2026. By additional letter from the Clerk of this Court dated August 6, 2026, Appellant was notified that the docketing statement had not been received and if one was not filed on or before August 27, 2026, the appeal would be dismissed without further notice. The filing fee has not been paid and the docketing statement has not been filed. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution and the failure to follow directives from the Clerk of this Court. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b), (c).
