Giddings Alfred Carpintero and the Office of the Attorney General Child Support Division, Appellees FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 3 OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY NO. 14-1120-FC3, THE HONORABLE DAWN ELIZABETH BAARDSEN, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Yvette Lopez filed this pro se appeal of the trial court’s June 10, 2026 Temporary Order in Suit for Modification of Child Support Obligation, challenging the temporary order’s calculation of child support. However, this Court lacks jurisdiction over an appeal from temporary orders rendered in a pending suit affecting the parent-child relationship (SAPCR). See Tex. Fam. Code § 105.001(e) (“Temporary orders rendered under this section are not subject to interlocutory appeal.”); Sacks v. Rupp, No. 03-26-00482-CV, 2026 WL 2050012, at *1 (Tex. App.—Austin July 16, 2026, no pet. h.) (mem. op.) (dismissing for want of jurisdiction parent’s appeal of temporary orders in SAPCR). On July 23, 2026, the Clerk of this Court requested that Lopez file a response demonstrating our jurisdiction over this appeal. Lopez did not file a response. In general, this Court’s jurisdiction is limited to appeals in which there exists a final or otherwise appealable order or judgment. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 51.012; Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001). The trial court’s June 10, 2026 temporary order is not final, and no statute provides for interlocutory appeal from that order. Because the order that Lopez challenges is not appealable, we dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R.
