TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN
NO. 03-26-00905-CV
Edith Perez, Appellant
v.
Jesse Perez Jr., Appellee
FROM THE 207TH DISTRICT COURT OF HAYS COUNTY
NO. 24-1031, THE HONORABLE KARL HAYS, JUDGE PRESIDING
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant Edith Perez filed a motion challenging the trial court’s order requiring
her to pay costs, resulting in the creation of this appeal. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145(g)(1). Appellant
has since notified this Court that the trial court vacated its order, and she has requested that we
dismiss her motion challenging the trial court’s order without prejudice. We grant appellant’s
request and dismiss this appeal as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a).
