Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion MEMORANDUM OPINION On July 22, 2026, and August 11, 2026, we notified Appellants John Szczsponik and Millennial Design + Build, LLC in accordance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.3(c), that we would dismiss their appeal unless Appellants John Szczsponik and Millennial Design + Build, LLC paid the $205 filing fee. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c), 44.3. Appellants John Szczsponik and Millennial Design + Build, LLC have not done so. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 12.1(b). Because Appellants John Szczsponik and Millennial Design + Build, LLC have not complied with a procedural requirement and the Texas Supreme Courtโ€™s order of August 28, 2015,1 we dismiss the appeal of Appellants John Szczsponik and Millennial Design +Build, LLC. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c), 43.2(f). This case shall hereafter be styled Pro HD Construction, LLC v. Steve Dickson and Julie Dickson. Appellants John Szczsponik and Millennial Design + Build, LLC must bear their own costs of appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.4.
