Fourth Court of Appeals San Antonio, Texas MEMORANDUM OPINION No. 04-26-00585-CV Joshua G. CRAMPTON, Appellant v. HARPER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC., Rudy Montez, Jon Montez, Carly Montez, Appellees From the County Court at Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2026-CV-03108 Honorable Cesar Garcia, Judge Presiding PER CURIAM Sitting: Irene Rios, Justice Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice Lori Massey Brissette, Justice Delivered and Filed: September 9, 2026 DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION Appellate courts generally only have jurisdiction over final judgments unless a statute authorizes an appeal of an interlocutory order. CMH Homes v. Perez, 340 S.W.3d 444, 447 (Tex. 2011). Here, the clerkโ€™s record contains neither a final judgment nor an appealable interlocutory order. Therefore, we ordered appellant to show cause, on or before August 20, 2026, why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. To date, appellant has not 04-26-00585-CV responded to our show cause order. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(a), (c). PER CURIAM -2-
