IMPACT HOUSTON CHURCH OF CHRIST, Appellee On Appeal from the 80th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2025-94384 MEMORANDUM OPINION In this interlocutory appeal from a temporary injunction, the appellee, Impact Houston Church of Christ, has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal as moot because the trial court has since dissolved the temporary injunction. We agree that this renders the appeal moot. See Afri-Carib Enters., Inc. v. Mabon Ltd., No. 01- 06-00758-CV, 2007 WL 492792 (Tex. App.β€”Houston [1st Dist.] Feb. 15, 2007, no pet.) (per curiam) (mem. op.). So, we grant the motion to dismiss, and we dismiss the appeal for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. See id.; TEX. R. APP. P. 43.2(f). PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Rivas-Molloy, Guerra, and Gunn. 2
