MEMORANDUM OPINION
This appeal arises from the trial court’s order granting Appellee’s motions for
summary judgment. Appellant has now filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the
appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). In the motion, Appellant states that the parties
have executed a settlement agreement, and he requests that we dismiss the appeal.
