TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN
NO. 03-26-00678-CR
Joseph Leroy Phillips, Appellant
v.
The State of Texas, Appellee
FROM THE 207TH DISTRICT COURT OF COMAL COUNTY,
NO. CR2023-411B, THE HONORABLE DANIEL H. MILLS, JUDGE PRESIDING
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant Joseph Leroy Phillips seeks to appeal a judgment of conviction for Bail
Jumping/Failure to Appear. See Tex. Penal Code ยง 38.10. The trial court has certified that (1) this
is a plea-bargain case and Phillips has no right of appeal, and (2) Phillips has waived the right of
appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P.
25.2(a)(2), (d).
