STARNES, AND DOMINIQUE RIOS, Appellees On Appeal from the 56th District Court Galveston County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 24-CV-0732 MEMORANDUM OPINION On March 27, 2026, appellant Galveston County Water Control and Improvement District No. 12 filed a notice of interlocutory appeal from the trial courtโ€™s March 13, 2026 order. On May 26, 2026, appellant filed a Motion to Dismiss asserting that appellant โ€œno longer wishes to pursue the appealโ€ and requesting that โ€œthe Court dismiss this interlocutory appeal.โ€ See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).1 No other party has filed a notice of appeal, and no opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), (c). Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
