On August 20, 2026, this Court sent a notice to appellant informing him that his brief was past due and that if he failed to file a motion for extension of time to file a brief or a brief accompanied by a motion for extension of time by August 31, 2026, the Court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not filed a brief or a motion for extension of time. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R.
