NASREEN NAQVI, Appellee On Appeal from the Probate Court No. 1 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 485,691-403 MEMORANDUM OPINION On December 1, 2025, this Court stayed the present appeal in response to the parties’ Joint Motion to Abate Appeal Pending Settlement. On September 4, 2026, the parties filed in this Court a Joint Status Report and Motion to Dismiss Appeal, representing that the parties to the appeal have reached a settlement resolving their underlying dispute. According to the Motion to Dismiss Appeal, “[t]he parties’ settlement agreement is fully executed. The settlement payment has been delivered and the trial court matter was nonsuited.” No opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). We reinstate this appeal on the Court’s active docket, grant the parties’ Motion to Dismiss Appeal, and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 43.2(f). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
