Todd McCray, Justice Delivered and Filed: September 9, 2026 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On July 14, 2026, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator also filed a motion for stay of the trial court’s May 5, 2026, May 26, 2026, and July 6, 2026 orders pending final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus. We granted Relator’s motion for stay on July 17, 2026. After considering the petition, record, and response filed, this court concludes Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The stay imposed on July 17, 2026 is lifted.
