MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Salesforce, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the
trial courtβs February 13, 2026 order granting in part the motion to compel
production of documents filed by real parties in interest, Jane Does, in the underlying
multi-district litigation.1 Relatorβs petition for writ of mandamus alleged that the

trial court abused its discretion by ordering the production of two documents which
relator argued were protected by the attorney-client privilege.
We conclude that relator has failed to establish it is entitled to mandamus
relief, and therefore, the Court denies relatorβs petition for writ of mandamus. We
dismiss any pending motions as moot.
