In re Jaden Alexandra Riley
ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM TRAVIS COUNTY
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator filed her petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion for stay on
July 13, 2026. On July 13, 2026, we granted the motion for stay. On August 7, 2026, Relator
filed a motion for leave to file an “emergency supplemental petition for writ of mandamus” and a
motion for “disability accommodations.”
The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). The
stay issued on July 13, 2026 is lifted and Relator’s August 6, 2026 motions are dismissed
as moot.
