Delivered and Filed: October 26, 2026
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED; EMERGENCY MOTION TO STAY
DENIED AS MOOT
On October 23, 2026, relator E.Q.K., filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an
emergency motion for temporary relief to stay discovery deadlines and discovery compliance
hearings. After considering relator’s petition and the mandamus record, we conclude relator is not
entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus and
deny the motion to stay as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
