PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On May 29, 2026, relators Priest Lock and Key, LLC and Ricardo Garcia, Jr., filed a
petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief. On July 11, 2026, relators filed a
corrected emergency motion for stay. On July 13, 2026, this court granted relators’ motion and
stayed all proceedings at the trial court. After considering relators’ petition, the real party in
interest’s response, relators’ reply, and the mandamus record, we conclude relators are not entitled
to the relief sought. Accordingly, we deny relators’ petition for writ of mandamus and lift the stay
