Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion
MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT
The court has considered Relators’ Petition for Writ of Mandamus, which
includes a request for attorney’s fees; Respondents’ letter response; Relators’ Reply to
Respondents’ Letter (Response Brief); Respondents’ Supplemental Briefing in
Response to Relators’ Reply Brief; and Relators’ Advisory to the Court on Status and
is of the opinion that relief should be denied as moot. Accordingly, Relator’s petition
for writ of mandamus and request for attorney’s fees are denied.
It is further ordered that the Respondents––James “Jim” Jarratt, in his official
capacity as Mayor; Bruce Wadley, in his official capacity as Mayor Pro Tem; Greg
Corrigan, in his official capacity as Councilperson; Gary “Skip” Overdier, in his
official capacity as Councilperson; Zeb Ullom, in his official capacity as
Councilperson; and Carla Walker, in her official capacity as City Secretary––shall pay
all costs of this original proceeding, for which let execution issue.
