Original Proceeding 1

PETITON FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On August 27, 2026, relators, Bejamin Harrison and Morgan Harrison, filed a petition for
writ of mandamus. On September 18, 2026, the real party in interest filed a response. After
considering relators’ petition, the real party’s response, and the mandamus record, we conclude
relators are not entitled to the relief sought. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, we deny
relators’ petition for writ of mandamus.
