PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On July 27, 2026, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking us to direct the trial
court judge to either recuse or refer the recusal motion to the Presiding Judge of the Sixth
Administrative Judicial Region. In the supplemental record to this Court, Relator included the trial
court’s order of referral on Relator’s motion to recuse/disqualify signed on July 28, 2026. See TEX.
R. APP. P. 52.7(b). Accordingly, this petition for writ of mandamus is moot. The petition along
with any pending motions are denied as moot. TEX R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
