Opinion issued October 13, 2026 In The Court of Appeals For The First District of Texas ———————————— NO. 01-26-00513-CV ——————————— IN RE LYONDELLBASELL ACETYLS, LLC, Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator LyondellBasell Acetyls, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the district court’s December 5, 2025 order denying Relator’s motion for summary judgment and May 1, 2026 order denying Relator’s motion for reconsideration of the December 2025 order.1 1 The underlying case is Blanco, et al. v, Brock Services, LLC, et al., cause number 2024-56940, pending in the 269th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Cory Don Sepolio presiding.
