MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator Herman Jefferson has filed a petition for writ of mandamus
complaining of the trial courtβs failure to enter further orders in the underlying
case.1 We deny mandamus relief. We dismiss any pending motions as moot.

The underlying case is Johnnie Jefferson v. Amegy Mortgage Company, LLC,
cause number 16-DCV-237357, pending in the 400th Judicial District Court of
Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable Edward M. Krenek presiding.
