We dismiss any pending motions as moot. 1 The underlying case is Johnnie Jefferson v. Amegy Mortgage Company, LLC, cause number 16-DCV-237357, pending in the 400th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable Edward M. Krenek presiding.
