Fourth Court of Appeals San Antonio, Texas MEMORANDUM OPINION No. 04-26-00710-CV IN RE EC LOGISTICS, INC., Texas Carriers, and Antonio Moreno Mendez, Relators Original Proceeding 1 PER CURIAM Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice Irene Rios, Justice H. Todd McCray, Justice Delivered and Filed: September 17, 2026 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED; EMERGENCY MOTION TO STAY DENIED AS MOOT On September 11, 2026, relators, EC Logistics, Inc., Texas Carriers, and Antonio Moreno Mendez, filed a petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion for temporary relief to stay trial. On September 16, 2026, the real parties in interest filed a response. After considering relators’ petition, the real parties’ response, and the mandamus record, we conclude relators are not entitled to the relief sought. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, we deny relators’ petition for writ of mandamus and deny the emergency motion to stay as moot.
