Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion
MEMORANDUM OPINION
The court has considered relator’s emergency petition for writ of mandamus
and request for stay and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Accordingly,
relator’s emergency petition for writ of mandamus and request for stay are denied.
Relator has also tendered a “Motion to Supplement Petition for Writ of
Mandamus” and a “Mandamus Addendum” but has failed to pay the filing fee.
Relator’s motion also does not contain a certificate of conference and a certificate of
service. Therefore, the court did not consider his tendered motion and addendum.
