Delivered and Filed: September 21, 2026
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS AND WRIT OF PROHIBITION DENIED;
EMERGENCY MOTION TO STAY DENIED AS MOOT
On September 18, 2026, relator, Camille Gray, filed a petition for writ of mandamus and
emergency motion for temporary relief to stay a setting on September 21, 2026. After considering
relator’s petition and the mandamus record, we conclude relator is not entitled to the relief sought.
See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus and writ
of prohibition and deny the emergency motion to stay as moot.
