D-1-GN-24-008711, THE HONORABLE KARIN CRUMP, JUDGE PRESIDING ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM In January 2025, we abated this appeal for the parties to pursue settlement negotiations and attempt to resolve the dispute that is the subject of this appeal. Over the ensuing months, the parties filed four joint motions to continue abating the appeal, each of which we granted. Pending before us now is the parties’ fifth joint motion to continue the abatement. To expedite the disposition of this appeal and in the interest of conserving judicial resources, we grant in part the motion and continue the abatement. The parties shall submit either a joint status report indicating the status of the parties’ settlement negotiations or a motion to reinstate on or before October 26, 2026. The parties are advised that any future motion to continue the abatement will be strongly disfavored. This appeal will remain abated until further order of this Court.
