v. King.

in accordance with Chief Justice Kennedy’s separate opinion in State v. King, 2026-
Ohio-2656.
{¶ 1} The judgment of the First District Court of Appeals is vacated, and
the cause is remanded to that court for application of our decision in State v. King,
2026-Ohio-2656.
