* IN THE ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMMISSION * SUPREME COURT * OF MARYLAND v. * AG No. 71 JASON D. LAMM * September Term, 2025 ORDER Upon consideration of the parties’ joint petition for a 30-day suspension of Respondent, Jason D. Lamm, followed by two years of probation in which the parties agree that Mr. Lamm violated Supreme Court of Arizona Rules 41(b)(7) and 42, Supreme Court of Arizona Ethical Rules 1.9(c), 1.15(d), and 8.4(c) and (d), and the corresponding Maryland Rules 19-301.9(c), 19-301.15(d), and 19-308.4(c), (d), and (e), it is this 19th day of August 2026, by the Supreme Court of Maryland, ORDERED that, pursuant to Maryland Rules 19-736 and 19-737, corresponding discipline is imposed on Respondent, Jason D. Lamm, and he is suspended from the practice of law in Maryland for a period of 30 days, effective as of the date of this order; and it is further ORDERED that, upon his reinstatement to practice law in the State of Maryland, Respondent is placed on two years of probation with the condition that he complies with all terms and conditions of probation imposed by the Supreme Court of Arizona in In the Matter of a Member of the State Bar of Arizona Jason D.
