BEFORE: THERIOT, GREENE, AND EDWARDS, JJ. STAY DENIED; WRIT DENIED. MRT BDE Greene, J., concurs with the denial of the stay and dissents in part. Upon the filing of a completed pauper application and supporting affidavits, the court shall render an order that does one of the following: (a) Grants the application and allows the applicant to litigate or to continue the litigation without paying the costs in advance; (b) Denies the application with written reasons for such denial; (c) Sets the matter for a contradictory hearing. ka. Code Civ. P. art. 5183(B) (1). I would vacate the district court’s order which denied relator’s pauper motion because it failed to comply with this provision and remand it to the district court with instructions to comply with La. Code Civ. P. art. 5183(B) (1) in rendering a ruling on the pauper motion. \gourt OF APPEAL, FIRST CIRCUIT Reo a) Ol — DEBUTY CLERK OF COURT \.) FOR THE COURT eg, fos - 4 y
