ORIGINAL PROCEEDING
(FC-J NO. 0125251)
ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRITS OF PROHIBITION AND MANDAMUS
(By: Devens, C.J., McKenna, Eddins, and Ginoza, JJ.,
and Circuit Judge Copeland, assigned by reason of vacancy)
Upon consideration of the petition for writs of prohibition
and mandamus filed August 27, 2026, and the record, Petitioners
have not demonstrated a clear and indisputable right to relief
nor a lack of alternative means to obtain the relief sought. An
extraordinary writ is unwarranted. See Womble Bond Dickinson
(US) LLP v. Kim, 153 Hawaiʻi 307, 319, 537 P.3d 1154, 1166
(2023).
It is ordered that the petition is denied.
DATED: Honolulu, Hawaii, September 22, 2026.
