Our prior decision in this case was quashed by the Florida Supreme Court in Publix Supermarkets, Inc. v. Goga, SC2024-0669, 51 Fla. L. Weekly S217a (Fla. July 9, 2026), with instructions. Pursuant to those instructions, we affirm the trial court’s dismissal for fraud on the court and remand this case for the trial court to reinstate its prior order dismissing appellants’ entire complaint with prejudice.
