SIXTH DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL STATE OF FLORIDA _____________________________ Case No. 6D2025-2361 Lower Tribunal No. 2023-CA-003244 _____________________________ CARLYNE DESIR and FLINT EDWARDS, Appellants, v. BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., Appellee. _____________________________ Appeal from the Circuit Court for Osceola County. Christine E. Arendas, Judge. October 2, 2026 PER CURIAM. We lack jurisdiction to review any orders or judgments entered before the trial courtโ€™s September 2025 post-final-judgment enforcement order involving the surrender of collateral because Appellants did not timely challenge them. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b). We otherwise affirm. See Duest v. Dugger, 555 So. 2d 849, 852 (Fla. 1990) (โ€œThe purpose of an appellate brief is to present arguments in support of the points on appeal. Merely making reference to arguments below without further elucidation does not suffice to preserve issues, and these claims are deemed to have been waived.โ€). AFFIRMED in part; DISMISSED in part. TRAVER, C.J., and STARGEL and WHITE, JJ., concur. Carlyne Desir and Flint Edwards, Riverview, Pro Se. Kevin P. Robinson, Bradley J. Anderson, and Austin A. Esposito, of Zimmerman, Kiser & Sutcliffe, P.A., Orlando, for Appellee. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE MOTION FOR REHEARING AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF TIMELY FILED 2
