PER CURIAM.
The Court treats Appelleeโs agreed motion to relinquish
jurisdiction, filed September 24, 2021, as a confession of error and
accepts it. The Court reverses the final order rendered November
10, 2020, and remands this cause for further proceedings in
accordance with R.C. v. Depโt of Agric. & Consumer Servs., 323 So.
3d 275, 280 (Fla. 1st DCA 2021).
