FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL STATE OF FLORIDA _____________________________ No. 1D20-1650 _____________________________ MARY KRUPA, JAMES BURK and ARIC MEDING, Petitioners, v. BAYCARE HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC./COMMERCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT, INC., Respondents. _____________________________ Petition for Writ of Certiorari—Original Jurisdiction. Date of Accident: January 19, 2019. August 31, 2020 PER CURIAM. Petitioner Mary Krupa and her sons seek review of a discovery order that required her to provide information about her financial institutions. In response to Krupa’s appellate petition, the Employer/Carrier (E/C) stipulated to the precise relief that Krupa and her sons seek, thereby negating the need for this Court to address the discovery order, which is no longer enforceable. As such, we dismiss the petition. DISMISSED. MAKAR, OSTERHAUS, and M.K. THOMAS, JJ., concur. _____________________________ Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331. _____________________________ Michael J. Winer of Winer Law Group, P.A., Tampa, and Scott R. Marshall of Haddad & Associates, Clearwater, for Petitioners. Christopher A. Hanson of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A., Tampa, for Respondents. 2
