FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL STATE OF FLORIDA _____________________________ No. 1D21-1055 _____________________________ K.F., Natural Father of O.J., minor child, Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, Appellee. _____________________________ On appeal from the Circuit Court for Columbia County. Leandra G. Johnson, Judge. June 3, 2021 PER CURIAM. Because March has 31 days, the notice of appeal filed April 8, 2021, seeking review of a final judgment rendered March 8, 2021, is one day late. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss this appeal. This dismissal is without prejudice to the Appellant’s right to seek a belated appeal in the trial court. See In re B.H., 893 So. 2d 639, 640 (Fla. 2d DCA 2005). MAKAR, M.K. THOMAS, and NORDBY, JJ., concur. _____________________________ Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331. _____________________________ Summer Griggs Harris of The GH Law Group, PLLC, Gainesville, for Appellant. Ward L.
