FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL STATE OF FLORIDA _____________________________ No. 1D19-3627 _____________________________ SION K HENRY, Petitioner, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Respondent. _____________________________ Petition for Belated Appeal—Original Jurisdiction. February 10, 2020 PER CURIAM. Because Petitioner’s amended petition for belated appeal is not sworn and does not articulate any specific facts demonstrating an entitlement to a belated appeal as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c)(4)(F), the amended petition is legally insufficient. Accordingly, the amended petition for belated appeal is denied. See Schreffler v. State, 154 So. 3d 1216 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015). OSTERHAUS, KELSEY, and NORDBY, JJ., concur. _____________________________ Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331. _____________________________ Sion K Henry, pro se, Petitioner. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent. 2
