PER CURIAM.
Petitioner’s motion to accept as timely, docketed on February
21, 2020, is denied as moot. The Court notes that the petition filed
on February 25, 2019, alleging ineffective assistance of appellate
counsel was timely filed as reflected by the institutional filing
stamp.
The petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate
counsel is denied on the merits.
Petitioner’s “motion for show of good cause,” docketed
February 13, 2020, and “motion for show of good cause,” docketed
February 24, 2020, are denied as moot.
