DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOURTH DISTRICT CHAD TAYLOR, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. No. 4D2026-0759 [October 28, 2026] Appeal of nonfinal order and order denying rule 3.800 motion from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Howard Coates, Jr., Judge; L.T. Case No. 502008CF010286AXXXMB. Glenn H. Mitchell, West Palm Beach, for appellant. James Uthmeier, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Rachael Kaiman, Senior Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee. PER CURIAM. We affirm the trial court’s orders that denied appellant’s Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800 motion to correct illegal sentence and prohibited him from any future pro se filings. We note that the prohibition does not preclude appellant from challenging his Prison Releasee Reoffender sentence, if appropriate, following the Florida Supreme Court’s disposition of State v. Lewars, 259 So. 3d 793 (Fla. 2018). LEVINE, CONNER and FORST, JJ., concur. * * * Not final until disposition of timely-filed motion for rehearing.
