On June 23, 2026, the Clerk’s office directed the appellant to file an official Form A; to apply to the Superior Court for the preparation of transcripts, if applicable; and to pay the filing fee or file a motion and affidavit to proceed in forma pauperis, all by July 7, 2026. That deadline later was extended to July 24, 2026. After the appellant filed an incomplete motion and affidavit to proceed in forma pauperis, the Clerk’s office directed him to return a completed motion and affidavit by the July 24, 2026 deadline. In a letter dated July 29, 2026, the Clerk’s office advised the appellant that a notice to show cause would issue unless he paid the filing fee or filed a complete motion and affidavit to proceed in forma pauperis by August 12, 2026. 2. On August 20, 2026, the Clerk’s office issued a notice, sent by certified mail, directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for his failure to comply with the previous instructions to file a completed motion and affidavit to proceed in forma pauperis and the Official Form A. The notice to show cause was delivered by August 27, but the appellant has not responded. Dismissal of this appeal therefore is deemed to be unopposed.
