IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE QUINLEE JENKINS,1 § § Petitioner Below, § No. 445, 2026 Appellant, § § Court Below: Family Court v. § of the State of Delaware § AARON JORDAN, § File No. CN24-05812 § Petition No. 24-26909 Respondent Below, § Appellee. § Submitted: October 21, 2026 Decided: October 30, 2026 ORDER The appellant filed a notice of appeal from which it appears that the appellant seeks to appeal from a Family Court order dated September 9, 2026. Because the appeal appeared to be interlocutory, Court staff issued a notice, sent by certified mail, directing the appellant to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed for failure to comply with Supreme Court Rule 42, which sets forth the procedures for taking an interlocutory appeal. Postal records indicate that the notice was delivered on October 10, 2026. The appellant having failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed. 1 The Court previously assigned pseudonyms to the parties under Supreme Court Rule 7(d). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, under Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the appeal is DISMISSED. BY THE COURT: /s/ N. Christopher Griffiths Justice 2
