ORDER
On August 3, 2026, the Senior Court Clerk issued a notice, by certified mail,
directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed as
moot in light of the completion of his sentence. Postal records show that the notice
to show cause was delivered by August 10, 2026. A timely response to the notice to
show cause was due by August 20, 2026. The appellant has not responded to the
notice to show cause. Dismissal of this appeal therefore is deemed to be unopposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed under
